We are always on the lookout for green, environmentally-friendly solutions for the future. Where possible and financially prudent, we replace smelly, old oil furnaces and natural gas boilers with heat pumps. We add high-efficiency insulation to drafty old basements, install high-efficiency LED lighting, add electric vehicle car chargers to parking lots, install solar panels, and enroll in community solar farms. Our long-term goal is to make each of our properties carbon neutral. 

As responsible citizens of the world, our team has made a commitment to help support new Maine families. We have worked with several local resettlement organizations (The Portland Family Shelter, The JCA in Portland, MEIRS in Lewison, and TEAN in Brunswick) to place refugees and asylum seekers in safe and welcoming homes in our properties.
